Sleep has the transformative power to heal our bodies. I have not slept through the night since the loss of my sons, but I often dream about my sons. In fact, when I was writing their stories, both sons came to me in my sleep with things they wanted in their books. I learned to text myself the information, because if I did not do that, I would forget the valuable information by morning. I urge you to embrace sleep and find solace in the dreams, as for me, they comforted me and assisted me to move forward and heal.

When your soul is weary, and your loss feels unbearable, remember that you can always escape into the restorative magic of sleep. Allow your body and mind to recharge, rejuvenate, and renew.

Together, we can honor the power of sleep to nourish the sources of resilience, awaken with newfound strength and another tool to face the challenges that lie ahead.

If you’re not sleeping well, and would like to learn some of the ways I began to finally sleep through the night, please connect with me at http://TalktoKd.com.

I look forward to hearing from you.
